About the Role
As a Market Grille Cook, you will be the heart of our food service, responsible for preparing a wide variety of hot and cold foods, including heat-and-eat varieties. Your day will be defined by a fast-paced environment where you balance culinary precision with exceptional hospitality. You will prepare cooking surfaces, cook vegetables, sides, meats, and breakfast items, and manage hot cases to ensure fresh food is always available.
Beyond the kitchen, you are a customer advocate. You will greet guests with a smile, learn their names, and assist them with everything from locating products to handling heavy items. Whether answering the phone or collaborating with co-workers to maintain a pleasant work environment, your goal is to enhance the shopping experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
