About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving.
This role is designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their career. You will learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and become part of a collaborative work environment. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will operate in a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation, contributing to innovative solutions that save lives and reduce emissions.

Requirements
