Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment.
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. You will read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements while following standardized manufacturing procedures and performing quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met. Your day will involve operating standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery, as well as accurately interpreting blueprints to perform job functions.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their career. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.
