About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this role, you will learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments as you become proficient in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving.
You will be part of a collaborative, team-based culture that values innovation and offers a stable environment for growth. This position is designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to expand their career through hands-on experience and cross-functional training.

Requirements
