About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment.
Operators in this position are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. You will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. Whether you are interpreting blueprints, operating machinery, or performing quality checks, your work contributes to innovative solutions that save lives and reduce emissions.
