About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role is designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their career by learning new skills and understanding how work flows across departments.
You will be part of a collaborative, stable, and team-based culture that values innovation. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where your practical judgment and problem-solving skills are essential to ensuring customer expectations are met through quality checks and adherence to standardized procedures.

Requirements
