Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment.

You will read and execute shop order requirements, follow standardized manufacturing procedures, and perform quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met. The role involves operating standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery, as well as accurately interpreting blueprints to perform job functions.
We are looking for hardworking, dedicated individuals eager to grow their career. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. This is a non-exempt position within a fast-paced setting that requires strong practical judgment and the ability to collaborate effectively.
