Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. You will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. Whether you are interpreting blueprints, operating machinery, or performing quality checks, you will contribute to innovative solutions that save lives and reduce emissions. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.
