About the Role
Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn new skills and understand how work flows across departments within a collaborative environment.
Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. You will be part of a stable, team-based culture that values collaboration and innovation. Whether you are interpreting blueprints, operating machinery, or performing quality checks, you will contribute to innovative solutions that save lives and reduce emissions. This is a non-exempt position with pay starting at $21.00 per hour.

Requirements
