Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. In this non-exempt position, you will be trained to work across four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role is designed for those who are hardworking, dedicated, and eager to grow their careers by learning new skills and understanding how work flows across departments.
You will be part of a collaborative, team-based culture that values innovation and offers a stable environment. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. You will have the opportunity to develop practical judgment and manual dexterity while operating standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, and other machinery to execute shop order requirements and ensure customer expectations are met.
