Manufacturing Support Team - 1st Shift Weekdays

Your Mission

Join our dynamic manufacturing support team of operators who are cross-trained to make production more efficient and work more interesting. Operators are trained to work in four different areas: Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving. This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment. How You Will Make a Difference

In this role, you will read, comprehend, and execute shop order requirements while following standardized manufacturing procedures. You will perform quality checks to ensure customer expectations are met and operate standard hand tools, presses, pneumatic tools, gauges, test equipment, hoists, and other machinery. Success in this position requires the ability to accurately interpret blueprints to perform job functions effectively.
