About the Role

As a Manufacturing Quality Technician, you will be the guardian of quality on the manufacturing floor. This role exists to ensure that every component meets the highest standards of precision and safety before it moves through the production line. You will investigate production line rejects, inspect incoming supplier parts, and perform dimensional inspections using standard metrology equipment and CMMs.

Your day will be dynamic, responding to urgent quality issues as they arise. You will place suspect material on hold, investigate out-of-tolerance conditions, and review inspection results to make final material disposition decisions. Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, you will contain nonconforming material, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and scrap. This is a role where your attention to detail directly impacts the reliability of the energy solutions we deliver to the world.
