This position serves as a critical data steward within the Manufacturing Engineering team, focusing on the integrity and evolution of our part data ecosystem. At its heart, the role is dedicated to maintaining a robust database of manufacturing part attributes, acting as a key resource that empowers Manufacturing Engineers with greater adaptability and flexibility. You will be on the forefront of LM's 1LMX Transition, ensuring that our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems function as a cohesive source of truth.
In this capacity, you will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Master Data Analysts, and Component Engineers to improve the quality of manufacturing part attribute data. Your work involves solving cross-site data errors, providing feedback to strengthen database automation, and increasing synergy across teams and sites. As a subject matter expert, you will also play a vital role in training new engineers and generating metrics to drive continuous improvement.
