About the Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager or corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.
About the Program
Participants in this two-year rotational program will complete three manufacturing operations rotations (6 months, 6 months, and 12 months). The program is designed to guide early talent through global programming and dedicated mentorship.
You will attend a July orientation and engage in a dynamic work environment where you can grow through a variety of experiences and perspectives. The program includes opportunities to establish a broad network within ABB through diverse social events and team activities.

Requirements
- verifiedCurrently enrolled in bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred)
- verifiedExpected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
- verifiedValid U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship
- verifiedProficient in Microsoft Excel
- verifiedFamiliarity with Lean Six Sigma principles
- verifiedProject management experience
- verifiedAbility to interpret manufacturing documentation
- verifiedOpen to U.S. relocation
Nice to Have
Experience in relevant internships or co-ops. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
