About the Role

In this role, you will be a valuable part of the team, offering your talent, ideas, and viewpoints to make our workplace a better place to work. You will perform duties safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the entire plant in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR) and our Customer 1st strategy. As a member of the team, you will demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will actively support all plant initiatives, ensuring that equipment is cleaned in a proper and timely manner to guarantee safe, quality products. Your work will involve effectively and safely operating and maintaining assigned machinery to meet daily orders while adhering to standard work processes. You will monitor product to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded and maintain a clean and orderly work area. Additionally, you will actively participate in Total Process Control activities and work around ingredients and/or finished products known to contain food allergens, following established programs and policies to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements.
