About the Role
At Pilgrim's, safety is a condition, meaning the safety of our team members comes first—always. This production role is vital to delivering safe, high-quality poultry products to our customers. You will work on the processing line in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
In this hands-on position, you will perform tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, maintain a clean work area, and follow all safety and biosecurity guidelines. The role requires flexibility to perform tasks in different areas of production as needed and to support team members by sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work atmosphere. Hiring Process & Requirements
