About the Role
Join our production team to play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality poultry products to our customers. This hands-on position places you at the heart of our processing line, where you will perform essential tasks such as cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting products to meet strict food safety and quality standards.
You will operate specialized equipment, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety and biosecurity guidelines. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key. You will work alongside team members, sharing skills and knowledge to promote a positive work atmosphere. Flexibility is essential, as you may be asked to perform tasks in different areas of production to meet daily goals.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma/GED preferred
- verifiedAbility to stand and use hands for 8-11 hours per day
- verifiedAbility to lift 50 lbs or more
- verifiedAbility to work in cool temperatures (around 40 degrees)
