About the Role
The Product Systems Engineer serves as the critical bridge between engineering design and factory production for our drone airborne agriculture sensors. In this hands-on position, you will lead the component build, integration, and testing of complex electro-mechanical assemblies, including cameras and stabilizing gimbals. Your work ensures that mature designs transition smoothly from the lab to the factory floor while maintaining the highest standards of quality and reliability.
You will be an integral part of the production ecosystem, supporting schedule planning and ensuring the timely completion of production orders. Beyond assembly, you will actively contribute to eliminating production defects and collaborate closely with engineering teams to refine processes and products. This role demands a dedicated professional with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, capable of managing design documentation and maintaining existing systems with precision.
