About the Role

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Multi-Functional Manufacturing Engineer to join our Syracuse, NY Manufacturing Operations. Under the direction of the Production Manager, you will help lead efforts to identify and drive out losses through standards and system development.

In this role, you will support the daily activities of the production line and processing areas while helping to build long-term capability within the Manufacturing Organization. You will analyze opportunities for process improvements, ensure compliance with customer and company standards, and work with stakeholders to integrate new and existing processes for both assembly and test. Your work will involve creating and updating work instructions, prioritizing projects for ongoing improvements, and supporting product quality investigations.
