As a Manufacturing Engineer on our Second Shift team in Orlando, FL, you will join a high-performing group driven by a higher purpose. You will partner with design engineers to ensure hardware producibility and develop robust build strategies for opto-mechanical and electro-optical systems. This role is vital for maintaining production yield, quality, and cleanliness while driving cost reduction and process control excellence.
You will lead fabrication process development, manage documentation and ECOs, and direct support personnel in the day-to-day execution of manufacturing tasks. Your work will involve planning and supporting the build and modification of electronics systems, from procurement and tooling design to resolving manufacturing and reliability issues. We are looking for someone who thinks and acts independently to translate new concepts into tangible results.
