As a Manufacturing Engineer in Orlando, FL, you will join a high-performing group driven by a higher purpose. This role exists to research, design, and support systems and processes that ensure the efficient and effective production of complex products. You will act as a bridge between design and fabrication, interfacing with engineers to ensure hardware producibility and developing robust build strategies. Your day-to-day will involve leading process development, maintaining production yield and quality, and driving cost reduction initiatives. You will have the autonomy to propose new concepts and translate them into tangible results, directing support personnel in the execution of manufacturing tasks while resolving complex reliability and quality issues.
