In this role as a Manufacturing Manager, you will lead the production side of the Peripheral Vascular Health Operating Unit. You will gain experience with products across Medtronic's portfolio, supporting your development and growth. This position reports to the Manufacturing Director and oversees a team of Production Supervisors.

Medical Device Manufacturing experience within a cleanroom environment. DMAIC Lean / Six Sigma Certification. Demonstrated use of Lean Manufacturing principles to achieve results. Inclusive leadership style that builds trust and respects unique differences. Ability to lead teams while being a team member, developing talent, and holding people accountable to time-bound objectives. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience delivering performance coaching and discipline to direct reports. Experience in a high volume, high mix environment. Proficiency with SAP and MES systems. Experience working closely with development partners to successfully launch new products. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems in a highly regulated industry. Extrusion Manufacturing experience.
