The Manufacturing Engineer II serves as a critical bridge between new product introduction (NPI) and commercial manufacturing within our clean room environment. This position is dedicated to supporting, improving, and sustaining optimal, cost-effective, and compliant manufacturing processes that align with strict product specifications and quality standards.
In this role, you will focus on the transition of products from development to full-scale production. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure seamless transactions and a clear understanding of requirements, while independently managing assignments to drive general results. The position requires a deep awareness of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and the robustness of process parameters to ensure critical processes are repeatable and reliable.
You will be an active participant in cross-functional teams, representing manufacturing interests while collaborating with finance, accounting, human resources, quality, regulatory, and clinical departments to ensure full compliance. Your work will directly impact the efficiency, quality, and capability of our production lines through the implementation of design changes and product improvements.
