Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing team dedicated to optimizing operations within a complex manufacturing environment. This role is designed to support continuous improvement initiatives, the implementation of new technologies, and the seamless execution of day-to-day manufacturing operations across machining, automated, and manual processes.
In this position, you will serve as a bridge between engineering design and production reality. You will provide hands-on support on the production floor to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and drive operational efficiencies. By collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams, you will solve complex manufacturing challenges and communicate process expectations and best practices to production personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a regulated environment such as automotive, FDA, medical device, or aerospace. Experience with CAD/CAM software such as NX and Teamcenter. Knowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles and ability to provide design feedback. Experience utilizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software. Familiarity with ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and related manufacturing technologies. Proven experience supporting process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
