The Manufacturing Coordinator is the operational heartbeat of our production floor, responsible for scheduling and coordinating manufacturing operations, processes, and procedures to support efficient production. In this role, you will track and communicate the status of products and materials, helping to expedite product flow through manufacturing and related operations while ensuring alignment with production plans and priorities.
Your day-to-day involves operating equipment as needed, maintaining strict accountability for materials—including hazardous materials—and completing accurate, timely material transactions and work order reconciliation. You will work within a clean room environment, utilizing fine motor skills and visual acuity to inspect small parts and defects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
This position is based on a C Shift, Monday to Friday, from 10 PM to 6 AM. The role requires working in a high-production output plant environment with exposure to machinery. You will be standing and/or sitting for the duration of the shift (up to 12 hours), frequently lifting 20-30 lbs (with a maximum of 40-50 lbs), and bending or twisting as needed to handle objects and operate machines.
