About the Role

As a Shift Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our new location. You are responsible for setting the tone for each shift, leading by example, and ensuring both our guests and crew have the best experience possible. Your day involves guiding daily operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and cleanliness, while supporting, coaching, and motivating crew members to perform at their best. You will also oversee safety, security, and cash-handling procedures, maintain equipment standards, and help the team meet or exceed key performance goals. Smooth transitions between shifts are vital, requiring clear communication with the incoming manager.
