About the Role

Are you ready to lead the organization's growth strategy through high-impact mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and investment initiatives? As the Managing Director of Corporate Development, you will serve as a visionary leader, orchestrating complex transactions and aligning corporate development activities with broader business objectives. This role exists to shape and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies that deliver long-term value, requiring deep expertise in deal-making and a robust strategic mindset.

In this position, you will partner with executive leadership and the board to identify and capitalize on opportunities that drive the company's vision. You will be the architect of inorganic growth, guiding the organization through the full lifecycle of transactions—from market intelligence and financial modeling to negotiation and post-merger integration. Your day will involve fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within your team while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, and external counterparties.

Our culture is built on the belief that your ideas are welcomed, your growth is encouraged, and your impact is real. We are committed to a culture that gives back, with a shared commitment to making a difference through paid volunteer days and community engagement.

Hiring Process & Application

This position is not eligible for sponsorship. We are seeking candidates who bring significant experience leading complex transactions across cross-functional teams. If you have a proven track record in successfully leading M&A transactions and strategic partnerships, ideally within multinational or Fortune 500 companies, we want to speak with you.

Equal Opportunity Employer

Altria is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
