As the Managing Director of Corporate Development, you will serve as a visionary leader, orchestrating complex transactions and aligning corporate development activities with broader business objectives. This role exists to shape and execute enterprise-wide growth strategies that deliver long-term value, requiring deep expertise in deal-making and a robust strategic mindset.
In this position, you will partner with executive leadership and the board to identify and capitalize on opportunities that drive the company's vision. You will be the architect of inorganic growth, guiding the organization through the full lifecycle of transactions—from market intelligence and financial modeling to negotiation and post-merger integration. Your day will involve fostering a culture of innovation and accountability within your team while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, investors, and external counterparties.
