Our portfolio includes iconic global and local brands such as Oreo, belVita, Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, Sour Patch Kids, and Trident gum. We hold the number 1 position globally in biscuits, chocolate, and candy, and the No. 2 position in gum. With 80,000 Makers and Bakers located in operations across more than 80 countries, we sell our products in over 150 countries. We are a diverse community energized for growth, working to make things happen fast.
This position serves as a strategic partner within the United States distribution network, where we produce our well-loved household favorites to ensure our iconic brands are close at hand for consumers. You will act as a distribution operations resource and liaison across functions, driving the implementation of new concepts, technologies, and the Mondelez Warehouse Playbook.
In this role, you will lead change management initiatives across internal operations, third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and plant partners. You will be responsible for formalizing project templates, developing training tools, and standardizing operating procedures to ensure consistent data, usage, and performance across all Regional Distribution Centers (RDC) sites. Your work will directly impact corporate operations and fiscal health by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved service quality.
We are a diverse community that values integrity, accountability, and collaboration. We expect our team members to conduct themselves honestly, maintain confidences, and learn from mistakes without blaming others. We foster an open and transparent environment where knowledge is shared to solve problems effectively. As a supportive leader, you will empower others, provide constructive feedback, and make decisions that are best for the business, even when difficult.
