As a Manager - Transportation Systems Management, you will lead strategic initiatives within our Supply Chain organization. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our Transportation Management System (TMS), from envisioning new features to executing projects that empower internal transportation teams, carriers, and facility users. Your strategic leadership will directly impact our ability to reduce transportation spend, enhance delivery experiences, and drive operational excellence across our vast network.
You will champion the transportation product strategy, defining both short-term tactical plans and long-range strategic roadmaps. This role requires designing and deploying innovative solutions that transform global supply chain management, focusing on cost savings, network standardization, and process improvements. You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements, establish key performance indicators, and ensure the successful adoption of technology solutions with seamless integration and user engagement.
