We focus on optimizing the supply chain and managing product selection to facilitate patient care, ensuring that our solutions directly support the healthcare industry's needs.

About the Role

The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing a high-performing team to create new partnerships in the healthcare sector while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. You will work closely with Contracts, Operations, and Marketing departments to execute sales strategies and expand the sales base within key accounts. The position involves directing selling activities, managing resource deployment, and leading the team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
