The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role exists to lead and develop a high-performing team that creates new partnerships in the healthcare sector while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. You will work closely with Contracts, Operations, and Marketing departments to execute sales strategies and expand the sales base within key accounts. The day-to-day involves directing selling activities, managing resource deployment, and coaching team members to identify new opportunities and drive growth through contract negotiations.
