About the Team

Territory Management - Distribution at Cardinal Health drives sales and services to new and existing customers through direct engagement. Our mission is to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within specific product lines and geographies. We focus on optimizing the supply chain and managing product selection to facilitate patient care, working closely with Contracts, Operations, and Marketing to execute corporate strategies and expand our sales base within key accounts.

About the Role

The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role leads and develops a team to create new partnerships in the healthcare industry while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. You will direct selling activities, manage resource deployment, and drive project deals through collective efforts with various departments. The position involves coaching and mentoring sales professionals, managing performance, and identifying new customer opportunities to expand the regional footprint.
