About the Team

Territory Management - Distribution within Direct Sales drives sales and services to new and existing customers through face-to-face and telephone interactions. The team focuses on cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within a specified product line and geography. The core mission involves selling products and services that facilitate patient care by optimizing the supply chain and managing product selection.

About the Role

The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role leads and develops a team to forge new partnerships in the healthcare industry while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. You will work closely with Contracts, Operations, and Marketing departments to execute sales and corporate strategies, ensuring project and deal success. The position requires directing selling activities, managing resource deployment, and driving growth through the expansion of the customer base and leadership in contract negotiations.
