The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role serves as a strategic leader responsible for developing a team to forge new partnerships in the healthcare industry while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. The position requires close collaboration with Contracts, Operations, and Marketing departments to execute sales strategies and expand the sales base within key accounts.
In this capacity, you will direct selling activities, manage resource deployment, and lead the sales team through coaching, mentoring, and performance management. The role is pivotal in creating growth through customer base expansion and leading contract negotiations, ensuring that regional operational objectives are met through strategic planning and effective budgeting.
