Territory Management - Distribution within Direct Sales drives sales and services to new and existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact. The team focuses on cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships to increase account penetration, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction within a specified product line and geography. The core mission involves selling products and services that facilitate patient care by optimizing the supply chain and managing product selection.
The Manager, Territory Sales - Distribution is accountable for regional sales, profit, and expenses within the Distribution business. This role leads and develops a team to create new partnerships within the healthcare industry while strengthening relationships with the current customer base. You will work closely with all departments and sales groups to execute sales and corporate strategies, expanding the sales base within key accounts. The position requires managing a team responsible for individual account management, relationship development, and sales transactions, while also directing selling activities, resource deployment, and customer interactions across the region.
