Manager-Sr. Manager- Audit and/or Tax

About the Role

As a Manager or Senior Manager in Audit and/or Tax, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our firm, guiding engagement teams through complex financial landscapes. Depending on the nature of the client engagement, you will either lead engagements as the primary point of contact or work under the direct supervision of Senior Managers. This position is designed for professionals who thrive on delivering high-quality client service while managing multiple deadlines with precision.

Your day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of technical expertise and people leadership. You will interact regularly with both clients and firm team members, serving as a key advisor on accounting matters and a mentor to Senior Associates and Associates. Whether you are reviewing mid- to high-level business tax returns, overseeing complex tax research, or leading audit teams through planning and fieldwork, your role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and strategic value for our clients.

Beyond technical execution, you will play an active role in business development, utilizing cloud-based technology to enhance engagement efficiency. You will identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and cross-sell additional firm services, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support that goes beyond compliance.
