The Manager, Ruminant Technical Services is a pivotal role designed to provide meaningful technical support that drives the sales of ruminant nutritional products. This position requires a perceptive professional capable of relating to individuals at all levels, from customers to corporate leadership.
In this role, you will navigate unique situations with sensitivity to customer needs, corporate goals, and the public image of the company. You will act as a bridge between technical expertise and commercial success, supporting the sales team while developing custom formulations and managing research programs. Your day-to-day involves solving complex production challenges, auditing feed budgets for cost-effectiveness, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for fostering goodwill among team members and maintaining the company's reputation for quality and integrity.
