Debone Plant Supervisor

About the Role

This is a 2nd Shift position focused on leading and coaching a team within a production environment. The role exists to ensure operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of safety and food safety compliance. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for optimizing employee engagement through positive leadership and driving performance across the production area.

Day in the Life

Your day involves leading, coaching, and training your team to meet production goals. You will manage scheduling to ensure the production area runs smoothly while constantly promoting safety protocols. A key part of your responsibility is ensuring compliance with company policies and established food safety programs, including GMPs and HACCP. You will work in an environment that may include exposure to noise, moving production lines, damp conditions, and raw animal odors, requiring a strong work ethic and adaptability.
