About the Role
As a Manager, Relationship Support, you will play a key role in the global development of our label and artist roster. Reporting to the Relationship Management Lead based in New York City, this position serves as a vital bridge between departments, coordinating and managing tasks for artist and label campaigns across key domestic and international markets, with a concentration in Asia.
In this office-first role (4 days a week), you will ensure campaign effectiveness by tracking sales and budgets, collecting key assets, and assisting with critical day-to-day responsibilities. You will work cross-functionally to drive project plans, optimize processes, and support the adoption of The Orchard's products and tools. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently while collaborating with diverse teams across different time zones.
