About the Role

The Production Manager will oversee production processes at the Portland location, ensuring all safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved. This role is dedicated to consistently finding ways to improve organizational production processes while building and leading a team to meet strategic goals. The ideal candidate will manage resources harmoniously to cultivate an atmosphere of teamwork, respect, and accountability.

In this position, you will work directly with Safety Compliance, Quality, and Engineering departments to exceed standards and develop strategies to correct operational problems. You will be responsible for establishing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, monitoring manpower, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to eliminate problems and reduce costs. As a leader, you will recruit, train, and mentor staff, developing future leaders while holding yourself to a high standard of personal accountability.
