The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager serves as a strategic partner to the organization, leading financial planning, forecasting, and analytical activities that drive decision-making. This role is designed to bridge the gap between financial data and operational strategy, partnering closely with sales channel leaders across Direct to Consumer, eCommerce, and Wholesale.
In this position, you will provide critical insights into financial performance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling capabilities with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of direct-to-consumer business models. You will be instrumental in evaluating business initiatives, analyzing customer acquisition and retention metrics, and ensuring the financial health of our diverse distribution channels.
This is a remote position limited to candidates located in or near Salt Lake City, UT; Jacksonville, FL; or Dallas, TX. Exceptions may be considered for candidates with significant prior direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce finance experience.

Experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Power Query, Tableau, etc.). Experience in consumer products, supplements, health & wellness, or ecommerce industries. Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, reporting, and cash flow management. Experience leveraging AI-powered FP&A and finance automation tools for forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business analytics. Experience supporting multi-location wholesale or retail operations, including financial oversight for distributed store locations and centralized Accounts Payable functions managed through a parent or shared services entity.
