MW Millworks is a locally owned custom millwork manufacturer based in North Charleston, specializing in high-end, architecturally accurate millwork for new construction and impact-rated projects. We partner with builders, architects, and designers to produce premium-quality doors, windows, mouldings, shutters, and custom elements. Our team combines traditional craftsmanship with precision tooling to deliver projects that enhance Charleston’s architectural landscape, whether preserving history or creating something entirely new.
About the Role
We are seeking a Manager of CNC Operations to lead our CNC production activities. This role is designed for a natural leader who values teamwork and high standards, combining hands-on woodworking expertise with strong organizational skills to keep our projects on track. You will manage CNC operators and workflow specifically for door and window projects, distributing job tickets, assigning tasks, and monitoring timelines. Beyond operations, you will ensure high-quality standards through regular checks, collaborate with team leads, and provide training to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Work Environment & Culture
Join a collaborative, tight-knit team passionate about craftsmanship and quality in an in-office, hands-on environment where your work makes a visible impact. We offer a stable, full-time position with consistent 40 hours and a schedule designed to give you your weekends early:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
This is an in-person only role, allowing you to be part of a culture where your contributions directly shape the architectural landscape of our community.
