About the Role

SAAB is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing to lead our Manufacturing & Production operations within the Defense & Aerospace sector. In this pivotal role, you will oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, driving operational excellence to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of complex defense systems. You will serve as a key partner to Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, bridging the gap between program requirements and executable production plans.

This position exists to foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning. You will not only manage resources and budgets but also coach and develop manufacturing supervisors and technicians, ensuring the team is equipped to meet rigorous industry standards. The role demands a leader who can navigate the complexities of new product introductions while maintaining strict compliance with defense industry regulations.
