About the Role
As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational anchor for our Defense & Aerospace production facilities. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and shop-floor reality, ensuring that every defense system we build meets the rigorous demands of quality, safety, and schedule. You will lead day-to-day operations, overseeing a diverse team of supervisors, technicians, and operators to drive operational excellence. Your day will involve translating complex program requirements into executable production plans, monitoring critical performance metrics, and implementing lean initiatives to eliminate waste and boost throughput. Beyond managing budgets and resources, you will be a key partner to Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain, guiding new product introductions and production ramp-ups while maintaining a steadfast commitment to regulatory compliance and a culture of safety.
