About the Role
Saab is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing to lead our Manufacturing & Production operations within the Defense & Aerospace sector. This role is critical to ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of complex defense systems. You will drive operational excellence in a highly innovative and collaborative environment, translating program and engineering requirements into executable production plans.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation aligned with Saab's values. Your focus will be on optimizing processes through lean and continuous improvement initiatives, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and defense industry standards.
