About the Role

As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational backbone for our Defense & Aerospace sector. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and shop-floor reality, ensuring that complex defense systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You will lead a multidisciplinary production team, driving a day-to-day environment where operational excellence is not just a goal but a standard practice.

In this position, you will be the face of our manufacturing operations, guiding teams through production planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your day will involve collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production challenges, support new product introductions, and ensure robust process development. You will champion a safe, inclusive, and innovative workplace, coaching staff to reach their full potential while maintaining strict compliance with defense industry regulations and customer requirements.
