As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will lead our shop-floor operations, ensuring the on-time, high-quality delivery of defense systems. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and physical reality, translating program requirements into executable production plans. You will oversee day-to-day activities while driving lean initiatives to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
In this position, you will not only manage budgets and resources but also coach and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators. Your day will involve close collaboration with Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to align manufacturing efforts with broader program objectives. From supporting new product introductions and process validation to monitoring KPIs and driving corrective actions, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, compliant, and innovative environment.
