About the Role
As the Manager, Manufacturing, you will serve as the operational anchor for our defense and aerospace production lines. This role exists to bridge the gap between engineering vision and shop-floor execution, ensuring that every defense system we build meets rigorous quality standards and delivery schedules. You will lead a high-performing team of supervisors, technicians, and operators, coaching them to excel in a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.
Your day will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on leadership. You will oversee day-to-day shop-floor activities, translating complex program requirements into executable production plans. By driving lean manufacturing initiatives and monitoring key performance indicators, you will identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput. Beyond operations, you will partner closely with Systems Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to support new product introductions and ensure seamless production ramp-ups.
