About the Role

This Full Time Manager In Training position is based at our San Francisco Premium Outlets location in Livermore, CA. The role is designed for successful retail associates ready to take the next step into store leadership. You will work closely with the Assistant Manager and Store Manager to drive business success, motivating the store team and providing a model of customer service excellence. While gaining the knowledge and skills required to effectively supervise the store, you will help maximize profitability through excellent service and ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining clean customer areas and presenting merchandise according to company standards.
