This 90-day blended-learning experience is designed to prepare you for your own store. As a Manager in Training, you will learn how to supervise daily operations, drive sales performance, and manage staffing and scheduling. You'll have the opportunity to mentor and support your team while building your own leadership skills.
You will be the primary point of contact for employees, responsible for the overall productivity results of the store. Your day will involve cultivating a positive environment that supports MobileOne's values, coaching associates in building relationships with customers, and ensuring every customer need is met before they leave. You will also stay on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology, ensuring your team is updated on new products and sales techniques.
