About the Role
Join the Bob Mills Furniture family and design yourself a career with meaning. As a Manager in Training, you will play a critical leadership role in our store's success. This is a hands-on, high-impact role designed for someone ready to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver exceptional results.
You will learn all facets of our operations—including sales, customer service, finance, HR, warehouse, logistics, and merchandising—before stepping into full store leadership responsibilities. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional eager to master the business and eventually lead a team with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Hiring Process
We are currently seeking candidates ready to relocate for advancement opportunities, as we operate 10 locations across three states. Qualified applicants will be considered for this leadership track to help us continue our growth trajectory.
